"The raffle Administrator and the Idaho Friends of NRA have become aware that some persons may have purchased tickets after being told by ticket sellers that there would be a limit of 1000 tickets printed and available in this raffle. Given that there are about 20 Friends of the NRA banquet groups across the state of Idaho who will be actively involved in selling tickets, it is not practical to limit the printed tickets to 1000 and still have enough tickets available to sellers to have on hand. In fact, there has been no limit set on the number of tickets to be printed for the raffle. The raffle tickets themselves do not indicate a limit and the official raffle flyer does not indicate a ticket limit. Persons who have been involved in early stages of organization of the raffle have discussed various structures and ticket prices to the raffle. This may have resulted in some miscommunication to ticket buyers. We regret if there have been any such misunderstandings by ticket buyers. Nonetheless, if there are ticket buyers who are not comfortable with this ticket arrangement, the Administrator and the Idaho Friends of NRA will refund the ticket price and cancel the ticket of any person who believed they relied on representations that there would be only 1000 tickets. Any persons requesting such refund should have their ticket stubs and a written request for refund sent to the Administrator no later than 10 days prior to the first raffle drawing date. No refund request will be honored after that date of March 3, 2012."
